Prepare Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.
Ship Item
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
